Ever been to a wedding, party or social gathering and thought the meat cut spoilt the food? I know we have so we thought why not provide the public and caterers the option to get meat cut even better by maybe removing all the cartilage, fat and other mess before cooking. The butchers do their best but like a conveyor belt they cannot give the best meat on big orders. The caterers don’t have time to do the extra cutting due to them being busy with the cooking.
That is where we come in. We source the meat from our wholesale meat suppliers and cut and dice it even better, then give it to the caterer to cook. Only good feedback has come of it and we are slowly growing through word of mouth from both caterers and customers.
